• Christ and Church Life and Building Spirit and Bride

As a lover of Christ and a pursuer of truth, I write down my joys, memories and reflections.

May God lead us all into the secret of His presence, and build us into the oneness of His body in love.

A sweet fellowship

I think my posts sometimes are too objective or too truth-oriented. From now on, I would try to write more on life experience and sweet fellowships.

  1. Love is the glue that builds and connects us together. Love one another: for it is an old commandment from the beginning.
  2. Our hearts need to be enlarged to take others’ disagreements, offenses, and different opinions.
  3. We always need to turn to our spirit and mingle with the Lord, for this is the very key to every spiritual reality.
  4. Our spirit should not only to be clean, but also pure, which means that we love the Lord with our first and best love, and such love is our only motivation of serving Him and His church.
  5. We may have outward gifts, services, and functions in the church, but ultimately our inward life in spirit needs to grow.
  6. Even chosen to be saved before the foundation of the world, we still need our will to believe. Similarly, even the Lord has chosen some of us to be His overcomers on His wedding feast, we need to be inspired and choose to be His oevercomers.
  7. We always need to appreciate, honor, and respect other members of the body for their portion, life, and services. I I need everyone, and everyone also needs me. Each one is an indispensable part of the body.
  8. We need to learn to coordinate in the body, in the oneness, and in the Spirit. Our ultimate goal is to be built up together, not gospel preaching or shepherding. Works not done in the oneness is void. We need to exercise to reach the oneness in spirit.
  9. The breaking of the outer man is necessary for the building up of the inner man. Subjective painful crucifixion with Christ is necessary for the subjective glorious resurrection with Christ. When we fully submit to the Lord, deny ourselves, and break ourselves, we may taste the real and heavenly joy in Christ.
  10. Lord Jesus! Have mercy on me so I may trust, love, and serve You to the end.
