• Christ and Church Life and Building Spirit and Bride

As a lover of Christ and a pursuer of truth, I write down my joys, memories and reflections.

May God lead us all into the secret of His presence, and build us into the oneness of His body in love.

A couple practical points concerning the young people service

In preparation for my service for the young people, I write the following to organize my thoughts:

From the young people’s prospective,

  1. The spirits of the young people need to be stirred up.
  2. The hearts of the young people need to be made seeking and hungry.
  3. The appetite for God’s words need to be increased.
  4. The divine knowledge need to be constituted.
  5. The intimate fellowship with the Lord need to be developed.

From the parents’ prospective, they need to be fully involved and educated that they are ultimately responsible for their children spiritual growth.

  1. The parents need to be reminded of their youth.
  2. The parents are the acting God in their children’s eyes. The children feel and view God in reflection of their parents.
  3. The parents need to love their children with the divine love, and teach them with proper discipline.

From the serving ones’ prospective,

  1. We need to befriend with them, being lowly, not setting standards of spirituality, not condemning, not judging, not biased, and be empathetic.
  2. We need to love them with the divine love.
  3. We need to set ourselves as example, in exercising the spirit, in speaking, in conduct, in service, and in pursuing the Lord.
  4. We need to live out Christ so they may touch and be drawn to the Lord through us.
  5. We need to be serious concerning the Lord, bringing the Lord’s presence to them.
  6. We need prepare our heart and spirit before each meeting, be ready to speak and teach.
  7. We need to learn to be vulnerable and share our experience with the young people.
  8. We need to love every as the same, not favoring a particular one, not loving one more than the other.
  9. We as serving need to be blended together into oneness and one accord.
  10. We need to learn to be open to the Lord, to the serving ones, to the body, and to the young ones.
