• Christ and Church Life and Building Spirit and Bride

As a lover of Christ and a pursuer of truth, I write down my joys, memories and reflections.

May God lead us all into the secret of His presence, and build us into the oneness of His body in love.

A prayer of release

Oh! Lord Jesus!
I still love you.
After all the things, you are still my first love.

Teach me to look away unto You, caring nothing but You.
Help me to focus on Your loving self, desiring nothing other than you.

Purify my feelings and thoughts.
Reduce my pride, arrogance, and rebellion.
Remove my ambition, selfishness, and greed.
Purge out all the impurity and sinfulness.

Oh! Lord Jesus!
Everything is by Your mercy and grace.
Without You, I don’t really know how to go on.
Indeed, You are my stand, my shield, my rock,
my light, my hope, my cure, my life, and my supply.

I have full faith in You and Your arrangements.
Even there are darkness and evil in this age,
Even there are degradation and divisions among Christians.
Even there are enemies and difficulties on my earthly journey.
I would, by Your grace and supply,
to live a life with joy, peace, and content
without condemnation, bitterness and cynicism.

Oh! Lord Jesus!
I seek Your counsel and presence,
Though I am a little tired and discouraged.
Now I have learned know that
My determination and will just won’t do.
My excitement and high emotion just won’t do.

Save me Lord Jesus.
Be my strength and supply.
Be with me each step along the way.
Your smiling face is my reward.

Let there be rejecting faces.
Let there be discouraging words.
Let there be impure intentions.
Let there be shadows of minds.
I would keep my eyes fixed upon You.

I still love You and praise You.
